Stunning high-res satellite shots

Pleiades-Astrium released high-resolution photos of the Eiffel Tower, the Tokyo Tower and ships in port in an unnamed city in the United States.
Part of the French-Italian satellite program, Pleiades One snapped some amazing photos of landmarks and stunning sights throughout the world. It is preparing a second satellite for both civilian and military use.
